How is shipping calculated?
We calculate shipping by the weight of the item or items you are purchasing, so the shipping price varies.
Who do you use to ship products?
We will ship your products with the company that offers the best rate for the size of the package and the speed in which you need it.

Which items may I get personalized?
Any product that we offer personalization will show in the product listing.
Does personalization cost extra?
Personalization charges depend on the product. If their is an extra fee for personalized products, it will say in the product listing.
How much does it cost?
The cost of personalizing a product varies based on the product, and the medium used for personalization.
May I return an item that has bee personalized?
Because of the nature of the product being personalized, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. If we have made a mistake on the personalization, we will correct that error and promptly send you a replacement product.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital product?
After you have made your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the files you have purchased.
How long do I have access to the files after they have been received?
The link to the files you have purchased will be available for 48 hours. After that, if you have not downloaded the files you will no longer have access.
I was not able to download the files that I have purchased. Now what do I do?
If for any reason you were not able to download the digital file you have purchased, please email us at, support@kaylahughesco.com and we will be happy to assist you!
Can I use your digital files to make a product for me to sell?
The cost of the products in the shop do not cover licensing fees, so they CAN NOT be resold, or used to produce and sell other products. If you are interested in licensing artwork please go to our design website and fill out a licensing inquiry form. You can find that here.
Why does your wallpaper page send me to another website?
At this time we do not manufacture wallpaper. Spoonflower has a large selection of high quality wallpaper options for sale. All of the wallpaper options in the Kayla Hughes Co. Spoonflower shop were designed by Kayla in house.
I Purchased wallpaper from Spoonflower and I haven't gotten my package. What do I do?
Kayla Hughes Co. does not fulfill the wallpaper orders. If you are having shipping issues, you will need to contact Spoonflower directly. They have excellent customer service, so if there is a problem they will promptly fix it.
Do you get paid for the products I buy through Spoonflower?
Kayla Hughes Co. gets a commission for every product you buy from the Kayla Hughes Co. shop on the Spoonflower site.
My wallpaper was misaligned when I received it, or there was a printing error. What do I do?
If there was a misprint or a printing error with your wallpaper, send us an email at support@kaylahughesco.com and we will work with you and Spoonflower to get the problem fixed.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
If the product(s) you purchased arrived damaged, or there was a manufacturing issue with it we will be happy to exchange it for another product.
How long do I have the exchange a product?
To exchange a damaged or defective product for a new one, you will need to contact us up to 60 days after you have received the item.
Do you return or exchange digital products?
We will exchange digital products only in instances of a file being corrupted, or their being issues with sending the files. If that happens, we will be happy to resend the files that you have purchased.
Do I have to pay for shipping if I am exchanging a damaged item?
If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, we will cover all shipping costs as a courtesy to you!
